OVERVIEW

This website is operated by Handpiece Parts Hub, an independent individual seller based in Foshan, Guangdong, China. Throughout these Terms, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Handpiece Parts Hub. By visiting our website, submitting an order, or purchasing from us, you agree to these Terms and the policies referenced here.

PRODUCTS AND INTENDED USE

We supply replacement parts for dental handpiece repair, including cartridges, heads, rotors, bearings, O-rings, and related components. Our products are intended for purchase, selection, installation, testing, and servicing by appropriately trained dental equipment repair professionals or other qualified persons.

Our products are components, not complete dental treatment instruments. Customers are responsible for confirming compatibility, performing correct installation, completing all required inspection and testing, and ensuring that any repaired handpiece is safe, functional, and compliant before clinical use. Do not use a repaired handpiece on a patient until it has been properly assembled, tested, cleaned, disinfected, and sterilized according to applicable requirements and the equipment manufacturer's instructions.

INDEPENDENT COMPATIBILITY REFERENCES

Unless expressly stated otherwise, products sold by Handpiece Parts Hub are independent third-party replacement parts and are not manufactured, sponsored, endorsed, authorized, or approved by the original equipment manufacturers. Names such as NSK, W&H, KaVo, Midwest, and other brands, trademarks, and model numbers belong to their respective owners and are used only for truthful identification of compatibility.

PRODUCT INFORMATION AND COMPATIBILITY

We make reasonable efforts to describe products accurately. Images may show reference samples, and minor non-functional differences may occur. The customer must verify the exact part number, dimensions, version, model, and specification before payment and installation. Contact us before ordering if compatibility is uncertain.

ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE

Submitting an order is a request to purchase. We may accept, reject, or cancel an order for reasons including stock errors, pricing errors, payment concerns, export or sanctions restrictions, inability to ship, suspected fraud, or legal and safety concerns. A Shopify order confirmation acknowledges receipt of the request but does not necessarily confirm shipment.

PRICES, INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, AND PAYMENT

Product prices are displayed in United States dollars unless otherwise shown. International shipping is not included in the checkout total. Any zero or “free” shipping line at Shopify checkout is only a quotation placeholder. We calculate the actual international freight after the order is submitted and send a PayPal invoice including products and international shipping. The order is processed and shipped only after full payment is received and confirmed.

The buyer is responsible for import duties, VAT, sales tax, brokerage, customs clearance, permits, and destination-country fees unless expressly stated otherwise.

PAYPAL INVOICES

Pay only through the PayPal invoice sent to the email address used at checkout. We will not ask you to pay to an unrelated email address, personal messenger account, gift card, cryptocurrency address, or other unlisted destination. Contact us if any payment request appears suspicious.

SHIPPING, RETURNS, AND PRIVACY

Our Shipping Policy, Refund & Returns Policy, and Privacy Policy form part of these Terms. Please review them before ordering.

PROHIBITED USE

You may not use our website or products for unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, infringing, unsafe, or unauthorized purposes. You may not submit false information, interfere with website security, scrape or copy content unlawfully, resell counterfeit goods as genuine OEM goods, or use a component in a way that creates an unreasonable safety risk.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Website text, graphics, branding, product photography owned by us, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit our original content without permission. Third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.

WARRANTIES AND LIABILITY

We do not exclude any warranty, remedy, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our responsibility for a product is limited to the remedies stated in our Refund & Returns Policy. We are not responsible for damage caused by incorrect selection, improper installation, inadequate testing, contamination, failure to sterilize, unauthorized modification, misuse, ordinary wear, or use contrary to applicable instructions or law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence where exclusion is prohibited, or mandatory consumer rights.

CHANGES

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new “Last updated” date. The Terms in effect when an order is accepted apply to that transaction unless mandatory law requires otherwise.

GOVERNING LAW AND CONSUMER RIGHTS

These Terms are governed by applicable laws of the People's Republic of China, without depriving a consumer of mandatory protections that apply in the consumer's country of residence. Parties should first attempt to resolve disputes in good faith by contacting us.
